HP Recommended

I bought my HP Envy laptop more than 2 years ago, since the last 6 months the touchpad has been peeling off. It looks very embarassing when Iam presenting in front of clients. They all ask which brand and I have to say HP ...I have been an HP loyalist, but this experience has been very bad. I have paid a good price for this premium laptop and expected high quality product in return. Please help salvage the situation.

Unfortunately, unless you bought an extended warranty in the form of a Care Pack, your HP warranty has expired and at this point, HP will not do any repairs on your laptop.

 

Your best bet would be to take this to a local laptop repair shop and find out how much they would charge you to replace the touchpad.
