Is there an updated Maintenance and Service manual for model 322W9AV?

The support page from My HP Support Assistant sends me to the link below:

HP Envy 15 Maintenance and Service Manual (c06634821.pdf) was published in 2020.

Table 1-1 of the above manual does not seem to have the specs on my laptop listed.

What you have given as the identification of your notebook is the base product name. It really is not specific enough.

When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key.

 

Type in msinfo32 and press enter.

 

The ninth line is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.

 

An alternative method:

 

Take a look at the bottom of the notebook among the tiny letters and locate the ProdID.

 

The ProdID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.

I am asking internally. I can't find one either.

 

It may take a day or two for the subject matter experts to get back to me.
