Hi, i buy a new laptop hp 4uk80ea, insert to usb memory is very difficult, difficult remove, very hard in and out, what should i do? sorry my english is not good.

As your computer is brand new that is the reason why the USB ports are hard, and it is normal. I recommend you use the ports for a couple of days and it should be fine.
