Hi,  I purchased warranty extension from hp website worth Rupees 3000 for a year, but now when I am checking warranty status of my device I see the warranty Extension has not been done yet. I has been almost 1 month now, there is no proper resolution from HP India. Can anyone help how to reach them and get my warranty extended as promised.
