Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi community , I recently acquired a HP Folio 9470m but keeps displaying { Battery 2: Not present }. I have been wondering if the laptop has got 2 batteries? If Yes where is it situated? If No why the display? How can it (The display) be removed? Kindly help.

HP Recommended

There is an optional travel battery that clicks on the rear of the bottom of the laptop. They are not very common.
