Hii, 
I purchased HP victus R5 and I am noticing yellow spots on my screen I tries to contact the customer support but either of listening my issue this guys are only worries about their guarantee policy i asked them that if needed ill pay but all i want is to first check the issue physically but in every sentence they are like i can understand but the issue can't be covered under warrantee like seriously on WhatsApp you guys are asking for images  and without asking the details you are directly on point that its not covered under warrantee i want someone to call me or visit my place so that i can explain hp cs .jpg
