HP Recommended

hey im having a problem where i cant play ranked because i need to update my bios im on the latest bios but i do not meet the requirements i have both secure boot and tpm enabled, everything is up to date with my computer.

it says on the call of duty website that i need to update my firmware and like i said i have already done that.

last release date for my bios was on "Nov 28, 2025" i am still stuck on 3.95.0.5 and i need to be on "AMD 3.92.5.5" i have read and done everything suggested to the other people that are having the same issue as me,

we have been having the same issue since november 14 pls help.
