HP laptop 15-bs
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

One month shy of my warranty expiration , the left hinge on my hp broke. The keyboard side plastic hinge broke completely free from attachment point. Shipped and returned in two weeks for free. Now, fourteen months later, it broke in exactly the same  place.. This laptop is treated with loving care. I emailed HP hq and said there must be a defect. No response. Anything for an easy fix?
