I am trying to determine if I can use the USB-C connection on the laptop to charge it?

HP ENVY x360 - 15t-dr100 CTO is a CTO machine, we won't be able to get it REAL specs but it should have same ports as the following machine

 

              HP ENVY x360 - 15-dr1008tu

 

 Its USB-C supports Power Delivery 3.0, DisplayPort™ 1.2 therefore you can charge your machine using compatible USB-C chargers with wattage rating 60W or more.
