@sq111 I'll need the complete model name of your device, as "Pavilion - G4 1210" is not sufficient, there are multiple options that appear when I enter those details, such as:

• HP Pavilion g4-1210tx Notebook PC
• HP Pavilion g4-1210se 
• Etc.
