All i really need to know is whether or not i’m able to switch out the intel celeron processor for an intel core i3 or maybe even an i4

The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

in that case is there a way to give it a dual processor or is that not a possibility?

There is nothing you can do to upgrade the processor.
