Randomly my charger has not been charging and the color of the light for the charger stays white and flashes orange sometimes. I have troubleshooted it and
my device is fine but it is just not charging correctly.

What you have shown is how Windows sees your battery. That is not a diagnostic check.
Have you tried running a battery check in the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics or in the HP Support app?
If HP PC Hardware Diagnostics no longer recognizes your battery as present, the battery may have reached the end of its service life.
If you can still log into Windows by use of your power adapter, you are fortunate.
