under devices i can see that the i2c hid device has error code 10.

i tried to manualy force the driver here to use the diffrent alpes driver: (C:\SWSETUP\SP101373\Driver\ALPS\Setup), this result in mouse partly working but not properly. i also tried forcing the mouse hid compatible device to use the alpes driver but still not works.

I cant find this this clickpad settings in control panel under settings:

any ideas or is it a hardware fault?
