My laptop is  hp omen 15 dh000nx and my CPU is intil core i7-9750H , while i play games the CPU degree was so high  , sometime it be 100 C , so how can i make that heat get low

There are a few options to accomplish that.

 

1) If you use the laptop where the ambient temperature is quite high, you can enter the BIOS to set the fan to its always on mode.

 

2) You can use a laptop cooling stand, either with or without built in fans.

 

3) you can replace the  current thermal interface material with one that is more efficient. That is rather involved and can be done by a laptop shop if you do not have the confidence to do it or want to take the risks involved.

 

If the temperature had actually reached 100C, the processor and BIOS would have automatically shut the laptop down.
