what is the best or compatible ssd for HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ak032TX because i always have 100% disk usage in my hdd even if its not full

I can not find its official specs, only

It has

 

  • Memory : 8GB DDR3L SDRAM (1 x 8 GB)
  • Storage : 1TB HDD

 

100% disk usage does not mean it is full, it spins too much due to slow and not much RAM. You can

 

(a) Upgrade RAM from 8GB to 16GB using SAME existing RAM or   https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr3/ct102464bf160b

(b) Upgrade its existing 1TB HDD to 1TB or 2TB 2.5" SSD using   https://www.crucial.com/ssd/mx500/ct2000mx500ssd1/ct11364660
