Yes. Here is the Service Manual:
The processor and video cannot be changed; its soldered to the motherboard and it is going to severely limit what you can do. However, memory and storage are upgradeable. It's hard to tell from the Manual whether you have one or two memory slots. Your laptop has 4 gigs now so even if only one slot you can upgrade to 8 gigs and if two slots you can install up to 16 gigs with DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM memory module(s). Right now you have 1 64 gig eMMC module for storage and you can remove that and install a 2.5 inch SATA SSD but would need different mounting hardware and cable so the upgrade would be a bit difficult and expensive. Its also not clear whether your machine has an M.2 sot for an M.2 SATA SSD and my guess is it does not but, again, it may. I would encourage you to remove the back and look at the layout of the board to see if you have 1 or 2 memory slots and if there is an M.2 slot. This will dictate the best course of action.
