problemas con driver sms/mms ya que no reconoce chip de movil en elitebook 850 g1, su apoyo para actualizar dicho driver.

Hi:

 

There is no driver for that device.

 

If you remove your mobile phone from the device list in the Windows control panel, the unknown device will disappear.
