i have installed the synaptics fingerprint sensor but the biometrics devices is not showing in the device manager after installing, i have tried every method i found regarding it.

Sensor for finger print is OPTIONAL. Did you buy it ? Otherwise it only has a small place for finger print BUT no actual reader/sensor underneath. If you wish, you can buy

 

           Fingerprint reader board (includes bracket and cable) part # 730956-001

 

from https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=730956-001 and install to your machine.
