I replaced my new SSD in my notebook envy 13 , then when I turned on I got a message
( boot device not found
Please install an operating system on your hard disk .
Hard disk (3F0)
F2 system diagnostics )
How to do now ?

Not buy...its free to download from Microsoft. Just google Media Creation Tool and follow the instructions to download and create a usb reinstallation disk.
When the disk is created put it in a usb port. Since it will be the only bootable thing the laptop should boot from it and start installing Windows 10. Any necessary drivers and some apps can be downloaded at this site.
If you have trouble booting from it tap esc as you power up then F9 to get the boot order and choose to boot from the usb drive.
