I have hp ProBook 6570b with Win 10 Enterprise 64 bit. In device manager it says under Base System Device that the drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28).

Can you please point me to the correct drivers?

Should be the JMicron Card Reader driver. There isn't one listed on your Support page under Windows 10. You might be able to get the Windows 8.1 driver to work:
