hello brothers i have a problem with my hp probook 450 g9 

my fingerprint not showing in enywher i tray all mithod and its not work for me

some tell me your laptop not having sensor but im sure then i have fingerprint sensor hellp pls

Did you buy Fingerprint option for your machine ? Not all 450 G9 machines have this option as shown on its specs
