Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to upgrade from my existing 1366x768 screen to a 1600x900.

Is it a straight swap or will I need any additional cables/drivers?

No that is the cable you already have. Part number for correct part ends in "4" not "3". Yes when you get the cable you simply replace the existing cable with the HD+ cable.

Not drivers but you will need a different screen cable:

Display panel cable: For use only on computer models equipped with an HD+ display assembly 693064-001 For use only on computer models equipped with an HD display assembly 693063-001

So you need the HD+ cable and the screen itself:

14.0-in, LED, FLT, HD+, AntiGlare display panel 686047-001

Screen:

oh the board seemed to have eaten my reply

Thankyou for your reply

I think I found the cable here https://www.eafsupplychain.com/Product/CO-693063-001 (is that the right one?).

So I just attach this to the same place the original screen was connected to the mobo?

Thanks again.
