Product: HP ZBook 15 Base Model Mobile Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my keyboard backlit doesn't turn on .. I tried every thing including pressing fn key with f5 or f4 or f12.. it doesn't work , and my keyboard doesn't have the picture of backlit key on any key of my keyboard.. what to do please?
