my laptop(hp victus 15 ) is not recognizing the inbuilt camera

recently i had a issue my inbuilt camera in my hp Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa0555TX camera 
so it says this error in camera app even though i have inbuilt camerathe driver is not also showing in device manager

If your HP Victus Gaming Laptop 15 is not recognizing the inbuilt camera, and the camera is not visible in the Device Manager, you can try the following steps.

Check Webcam Privacy Settings:

• Some HP laptops have a physical webcam privacy switch or a webcam shutter key. Ensure that the switch is not turned off, and the shutter key is not engaged, as these can disable the camera functionality. Make sure the webcam privacy cover is open.

Update Device Manager:

• Open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start button and selecting it.
• Select Action > Scan for hardware changes. This may help detect hardware that Windows does not recognize.

Run the Windows Troubleshooter:

• Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
• Select Camera and then Run the troubleshooter to check for potential issues automatically.

Install/Update Drivers via HP Support Assistant:

• Open HP Support Assistant (search for it in the taskbar).
• Under My Dashboard, select your device and check for updates, especially for the camera. Install any available updates.

BIOS Update:

• Sometimes the camera might not function if the BIOS is outdated. Visit the HP Software and Driver Downloads page, enter your laptop model, and download the latest BIOS update if available.

Re-enable the Camera:

• If it was disabled, go back into the Device Manager.

recently i just reset my laptop and updated everything but did not work 
and there is no privacy shutter or button to turn off the camera in my hp victus 
this issue came after a window update 24h2.
