my warranty is expired tomorrow but i don't know about this services that you can help by warranty please do some help i have to take my online classes so please i system doesn't even has the driver for the webcam. please give a quick resolution as possible. i have a preinstalled web cam in my device.

@sivyanshu, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand the inbuilt webcam is not working. Do you get any errors?

 

Perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Troubleshoot the webcam

 

Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant. 
  2. Check for updates. 
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.  

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.
