Hi,
I am looking for the options . Currently it has 4GB DDR3 SAMSUNG RAM in slot 1. I want to know , a) Does it support an upgrade, if so 1) does it has slot 2, if so) maximum RAM it can support , if not same . I am intending for 16GB and more. Can it support DDR4 RAMs if not better .

It does have 2 slots and the max is 2 x 8 gig of DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM. This is the service manual for the 13-s000-099 models but it is the same as yours in terms of memory replacement.
See p. 35. Memory upgrade is quite involved as you have to remove the motherboard and flip it over to access the RAM slots.
Max capacity is achieved with 2 of these modules:
8-GB (PCL3, 12800, 1600) 693374-005
Post back with any more questions. DDR4 will not work.
