Hi,
i am vasanth from coimbatore.
last two days my pc ran into a problem on charging "PLUGED IN , NOT CHARGING". i tried on multiple ways but i cannt fix it.
i tried on
1. HP PC HARDWARE DIGNOS test and the result is PASS. (both adopter and battery )
2. uninstalling AC power drivers from Device Manager.
but these two methods will not give the solution . help me plz
and another thing i noticed that the power options in control pannel . RESTORE DEFALT PLANS is to be hidden.
i cannt restore it also.

Go back to start page of Power Options. To rule out a corrupt power plan causing the battery charge issue look in left sidebar for 'Create a power plan'. Create a new one and adjust as you want it.
