Hello, 

I have problem with my bluetooth device qualcomm atheros ar3011 bluetooth 3.0 adapter, the error code is 43. I tried everything on the internet but nothing worked. there are no drivers available on HP and the windows update is not giving me anything. Please help urgently.

Solved: HP ProBook 4540s Bluetooth problem in Windows 10 (64-bit) - HP Support Community - 7819414

 

There is a W10 driver for that model adapter, but no one seems to indicate that it works.

Then unfortunately, there is nothing you can do, other than to purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.

This driver solves the problem ,

 

Delete hardware bleuthoot and click also software , then install the driver pakkage above in the link

in the meen time windows detect generic bleuthoot devise.

click right on generic bluetooth and select the driver ur selve, klik the box only approved drivers and choose the bluetooth 4,0 hit install.

restart ur machine
