just wondering what cables are compatible to install a 2nd hd in my hp 14-dq2088wm any links or info would be greatly appreciated

2.5" drives are not supported in the model series according to the service manual.

None were offered as options in chapter 1, and there are no parts (cables, brackets, etc.) for 2.5" drives listed in chapter 3.

 

If you need more storage, you can replace the 256 GB NVMe SSD with one having a greater storage capacity.

Everything I've read says different. Says it can be done you just need a certain cable to do so
