Below is the link to the TPM update package for your model.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87501-88000/sp87753.exe
Download the sp file and run it as administrator. Go to C:\SWSetup\sp87753 and double click the folder and read the user's guide which has step-by-step instructions for how to upgrade TPM 1.2 to 2.0. Basically, you just need to run TPMConfig64 as administrator.
