If your battery is charged to 100% all of the time , the battery service life will be somewhat reduced.

If you laptop has a battery care function in the BIOS, use it to set the maximum charge to 80%.

You can enter the battery from a power off state by immediately tapping the F10 key after powering on.

In the BIOS, go to the Configuration section to see if a Battery Care function is present.

If it is there, take advantage of it change to 80% and press F10 exit saving changes.

If not, press F10 and click on exit, ignore changes.

Using that Battery Care function will increase the service life of the main laptop battery.

Since you laptop is a mainstream tier version the feature may not be present.

In the consumer laptop landscape,  the top tier Spectre, Envy and Omen versions have that feature.
