spectre 360 13-ac
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Spectre x360 13-ac that the motherboard is bad. The issue is that the board does not get any power due to the type c IC chip. This chip was the 1st gen which was faulty and intel writes to replace with the newest version. I want to know how to get this chip replaced it is not reasonable to buy a board when the same thing will happen. It also is a high price to pay for a laptop that fails after two years! I do not know why this has not been recalled being as it is faulty hardware. I have to now buy a new laptop which will be a Dell this time! Very poor support for your customers!
