Hello,
I am a new member. Please excuse me if I did not fill in the criteria correctly (choose the board).
I just bought, on HP STORE France an HP PAVILION 800 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Kit (reference 4CE99AA # ABF) that I want to connect to a new HP 17-cd0011nf laptop and to a 24 inch screen.
The mouse works well but the keyboard does not.
I have tried without success all the procedures given on the site https://support.hp.com/fr-fr : see https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/document/c06113523
I think the keyboard has a manufacturing defect.
I have a question for someone who also has the same keyboard :
When I press the "CAPS LOCK" button, should an LED on this button stay on ?
Thanks a lot for your help.
