I bought few days ago  in UK, London, a laptop/notebook  HP Navy and  just after set up started facing problems , blue screen , frozen screen and finmaly lost complete  system.

I am only able to access boot by using control+F1 ou control+F2 but not being able to access system recovery partition of HDD.

As I am in abroad in a business travelin how to dowload a complete system recovery?

Dear CherlG,

In my case, even having access HDD ( via F11) no way to recover system as during the recovey attempt it fails and show an error message that a problem makes impossible to conclude recovery process after 49%.

Maybe the only way will be with an external DVD system recovery.

Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This should bring up a menu where F11 for System Recovery is an option.

See the section on "Recovery when Windows does not start correctly":

Dear CherylG, I was able to access via F11 System Recovery and then repair setup, but by trying to log to windows system states "preparing windows" then goes to a BLACK SCREEN.

Dear CherylG,

-I am able to use Control+Alt+Del then going to TASK MANAGER, but screen is still either BLACK or BLUE or SHOWING TASK MANAGER or prompt menu  with LOCK, SWITSCH USER, SIGN OUT, TASK MANAGER or CANCEL.

-No idea on what to do further for complete windows system recover.

I suspect you may have a hdd problem. Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. From the menu you should see option of F2 System Diagnostics.
