Hello.

My HDD is out of order, but I still have a copy of its D (RECOVERY, about 12.3 GB in size) and CD (Windows 7 64 recovery disc, but it only contains 285 MB of all files).

Can I somehow use this data to restore Windows to a new media (SSD)?

Мой HDD вышел из строя, но у меня сохранилась копия его диска D (RECOVERY, объёмом около 12,3 ГБ) и CD (Диск восстановления Windows 7 64, правда там немного файлов общим весом на 285 МБ).

Могу ли я как-то с помощью этого восстановить Windows на новом носителе (SSD)?
