Hello, when I turn on my HP Pavilion dv7 laptop, a blue screen appears. I tried many solutions to this problem. How to fix the error, you will see error 1 and error code 94KU19-65E9AW-QFPKOJ-60RB03?

Does the system tell where that error code is coming from?  Most likely a hard drive failure, however.  Replace the hard drive and restore the Windows OS

Hello, but what to do if the hard drive when connecting it as an external device works, and when replacing the hard drive, then the Windows Installer needs to be purchased or does the Windows installation program remain on the laptop?

If the hard drive works as an external, how did you determine that,  if it does not work while installed in the PC?  If it does work while in the PC and is just giving that error, clone the drive to the new drive and then run the Recovery Manager, if necessary,  at boot.  It can reinstall the Windows OS.
