Product: HP ProBook 450 G8 Notebook PC (1A896AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Good day.
The laptop works fine on power, but when I remove the power (that is, the laptop is running on battery power), the laptop starts to slow down and runs slowly, very slowly.
Did a little stress test.
Work from the power supply
Battery operation
The CPU characteristic shows (on the manufacturer's website) that with a power supply of 28 W, the CPU frequency is 2.8 GHz. 12 W battery up to 1.2 GHz.
with Intel Turbo Boots technology, the CPU should display 4.7 GHz.
But under the stress test, the CPU shows 3.0 GHz on power, 1.5 GHz on battery, and does not include Intel Turbo Boots technology.
Please help solve the problem.
