HP 255 G4 Nootebook PC

Добрый день! Помогите пожалуйста разобраться в моей проблеме. 3 дня назад при включении ноутбука HP 255 G4 Nootebook PC с предустановленной операционной системой  windows 10(64-разрядная версия) возникла проблема с загрузкой на синем экране появилось сообщение с кодом ошибки unmountable boot volume затем компьютер начал перезагружаться  появилась надпись подготовка к автоматическому  восстановлению  потом экран посерел и не подавал признаков жизни. В феврале этого года подобная проблема уже была, но мне удалось ее решить при помощи загрузочной флешки, в данный момент решить проблему выше описанным способом не удается. При диагностике через F2 всплыла надпись сбой проверки жесткого диска код ошибки  PLP0Q4-8G99LS-XD7X7G- 60Q33. Помогите пожалуйста разобраться.

Hi,

The failure id indicates that the hard drive has failed the quick test and needs to be replaced.

What you need is a 2.5" HDD

or a 2.5" SATA3 SSD

Example:

On page 40 of service manual you can see the steps to replace the drive

You will need to reinstall the OS on the drive which you can do with bootable Windows 10 pendrive. You do not need productkey as it is in the firmware.
