Product: HP Notebook - 15-db0035nv
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After troubleshooting and format I tried to reinstall win 10 from bootable USB flash drive (2 different) from Microsoft media tool & Rufus... Most of the times error 0x8007025d appears on 28% or sometimes error 0xc0000005 or troubleshoot screen appears and restarts the laptop
