Dobrý den , obracím se na Vás s prosbou o pomoc.

Na můj ntb HP 255 G6 , typ 1xn59ea#bcm ( AMD A8) se marně snažím instalovat update zW10 1906 x64 na W10 20H2.

Akce vždy skončí hláškou: 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 instalace se nepovedla ve fázi SAFE_OS. Při operaci BOOT došlo k chybě.

Když zkusím čistou instalaci z USB , tak se po načtení instalátoru zobrazí barevně zrnící obrazovka a není vidět nic. Že by scházely správné ovladače pro grafiku na instalačním médiu? Jestli ano , jaké tam mám doplnit? Stejným způsobem se aktualizace chovala i při update na W10 2004.

Hi,

I would try updating the BIOS on the notebook which will provide support for later versions of Windows 10
