Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Pavillion notebook 15-ab219Tx running Win 10, won't boot, on power-on it shows a blue screen with error 0xx0000225.

Tried some of the fixes from command prompt using "bootrec" to rebuild/fix boot, however consistent issues of "Access denied" when trying to rebuild or fix boot.

This sounds like hardware related issue with the computer as it's not powering on.
