With that error I would assume the PC being used to create the media does not have internet access.  Verify the local network connection and internet is good and try again. With the link posted, at some time during the process there was internet available or you would not have been able to get that far.  If the error continues, try a different PC.

When I looked at the post - when I answered - the information was visible in the post.  Now the pictures or screen shots are not visible, so I do not have the ability to check to see if it works for me.

I'll check back later to see if the info has become visible again.  Sometimes the Admin will not allow the pictures to be viewed.

I PM'ed the mod about the pictures.  He said because private info was included, that is why they were removed.  If you would send the pictures posted with the post Via PM than I can look at them and try the HP Cloud download on my computer to see what is up.
