Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Inspite of my disk not being full. task manager continuously shows 100% disk usage.
This has slowed down my PC. i tried everything available on google.

The stats you are looking at show disk USAGE -- the workload imposed on the disk -- not the amount of space used or available.
Windows Update, which runs automatically on a weekly basis, will drive the disk usage to 100% on a regular basis. So if this is happening on a regular basis, that is likely the cause.
