Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have been getting 100% disk usage on my windows 11 hp probook laptop.

I have tried all solutions on online posts, set to high power usage, delete mcafee, disable search, superfetch, fix virtual memory, disk cleanup, updated drivers and nothing works.
