Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I use windows 10. My disk usage is always 100%. I can't solve it.

I can offer limited advice - there are a variety of things that cause the disk usage to spike, including Windows Search.

For example, Windows Search might be grinding due to a "non-existing" location in the search list, the behavior may be normal for the parameters (as set in the search criteria), or the Index search database is having trouble.

If the issue is the Search function, it is simple to find - Open the Task Manager, click on the appropriate column to sort the activities by that column (for example, click on "Disk"), and look at the results.

When "windows 10 disk usage" is typed into Google (and perhaps other search engines), a crowd of responses are provided with what seems to include many of the common "normal behavior" fixes.  Note that "normal behavior" in this context just means the disk itself is not failing and that the issue is related in some way to the environment rather than dying hardware.

For example, one article among the many listed:

From the UK Tech Advisor website:

How to fix 100% disk usage in Windows 10

OR

See this message from Microsoft:

Task Manager might show 100% disk utilization on Windows 10 devices with Message Signaled Interrupt ...

If everything else fails, it is possible the disk is having difficulty.

If you have not done so, consider checking / testing the hardware, including the disk.
