Product: Model 15-dy4037nr

 

 

 

 Greetings community 

I tried booting my laptop Model 15-dy4037nr two weeks ago and till now I am asked to enter the recovery key.

I struggled and found this recovery key in Microsoft account. 

Now when I enter the key, the boot process will indicate are automatic repair and come back asking for the key again. I have repeated the process, restored bios settings and tried formatting to no avail.

Please I need your help
