The only place that I know of where you can obtain a recovery kit would be from this vendor at the link below:

 

Computer Surgeons - Windows 10 Home - 64 Recovery Kit Part Number L49933-001 For Laptop Model Number...

 

You can also reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below:

 

Download Windows 10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:
