HP Laptop PC 15-dy2000 PC IDS Base Model
Microsoft Windows 11

The PC kept running into blue screens and freezing starting from the first year I bought it.

Yesterday I tried to followed the virtual assistant to optimize the performance and download/install windows 11.

It showed the success of windows 11, but it still showed blue screen. And then...

My nightmare came!  It was stuck during booting with just little white cycling.

I tried to diagnose the system, and did both symptom tests and system tests: all passed.

And I then tried to do Fireware Management: and select BIOS update... it said" no image file available"

But it did showed "Rollback" option... I did not try it.

And I tried to do BIOS update through "Win+B" + power up, it started the BIOS update, and "continue to startup"....the screen first showed "please wait", after quite a few min, a blue screen occured and then went back to startup....

Then stuck with little white cycling.

I am really do not know what to do and wish if my kid told me the "blue screen problem " when I just bought it so I could have returned it.

Pls help! and beg your help!
