16G USB-Windows 10 64-bit Recovery Kit

I recently had a bad HDD crash and I did not create a recovery resource.  I am considering purchasing the "16G USB-Windows 10 64-bit Recovery Kit" from the HP website but want to be sure that it is everything that I will need.  I have already purchased a new HDD, so I figured that if I purchased the kit from HP it should bring me back to my initial starting point from when I first purchased my PC.  Is there anything else that I will need?  Will this kit come complete and not require me to purchase anything else?  The last thing that I want to do is have to purchase a new Windows 10 license.  I know the purchase process requires all the important information about the laptop including serial number.

Has anyone experienced the process that I am about to undertake?  Any information/input will be greatly appreciated.

I would like to inform you that you do not need to purchase any software license. Recovery kit will have the Windows which came preinstalled on your computer and all the software and drivers which came initially.

Please go ahead and purchase the recovery kit. Follow the steps in the below article to perform a recovery on your computer using the recovery kit.

Thanks for the reply.  I agree with you that I should not have to pay for a recovery kit for a computer that I already purchased.
