If your BIOS has UEFI HII Configuration, it may show the version of Intel RST. Enter F10 BIOS setting and go to Configuration. UEFI HII Config, if you have, should be at the bottom of the list. Select it and click Enter. Click on "Intel Rapid Storage Technology" and see if the version of IRST is displayed on the top of the screen. Let us know.

If you don't get any help from the Intel forum and you can still boot into Windows from your old drive, maybe you can clone the old SSD to the new one. You need to use a usb to NVMe enclosure adapter to hold the new drive.
